93/7 ground beef is recommended for cheeseburger wraps for the flavor of ground beef with less grease in your cooking pan․ Mix Worcestershire sauce and Parmesan cheese into the ground beef․ Layer ground beef and American cheese in a flour tortilla and grill until crisp and marked․

I aim to keep some pink beef when adding other ingredients․ I cook the beef until it's no longer pink to mix all ingredients well․ Worcestershire sauce gives the beef a grilled flavor‚ and Parmesan cheese mixes well with other filling ingredients․ I don't leave out Worcestershire sauce or Parmesan cheese‚ even when using other cheeses to fill wraps․
Fill each tortilla with about 1/3 cup of filling and add other burger toppings and condiments․ Roll the tortilla․ To roll‚ fold each side of the tortilla inward‚ like rolling a burrito․ Put the tortilla‚ seam side down‚ into a hot pan‚ the seam will stay sealed when you turn the tortilla over․
I use a grill pan to simulate grill marks․ Other indoor grilling options include an indoor grill and frying pan․ Let the wrap sit on the cutting board for a minute or two before slicing to keep filling from leaking out․ The filling can be prepped ahead of time for meal prep purposes and individually wrapped in tortillas for later grilling․

Instructions
- 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat it lightly with cooking spray. Add the ground beef and cook for 7–10 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
- 2
While the beef still has a little pink, stir in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking until no pink remains and the filling is well combined.
- 3
Lay a tortilla flat. Put 1 slice of American cheese in the center, add about ⅓ cup of cheeseburger filling, and top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, or your preferred burger toppings.
- 4
Add ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, or another burger sauce to the filling before rolling.
- 5
Fold in the tortilla sides and roll it tightly like a burrito. Set the seam on the bottom.
- 6
Place the wrap seam-side down on a preheated grill pan, indoor grill, or skillet over medium heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy with grill marks. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
- 7
Move the wrap to a cutting board and let it sit for a minute before slicing it in half. Serve with your favorite burger sides.
